This service includes the planning, styling and on the day coordination. It is exclusively for those that desire management from concept to completion; The Planning Company would monitor the entire process closely with you each step of the way on this journey.
From the invitations to wardrobe and finishing touches, we’ll put together the best team from the industry to ensure everything is how YOU want it. Our planning starts from the day you engage our services till you receive all deliverables.

DESIGN AND STYLING

You’re engaged and want to start planning your dream event and you are flicking through innumerable images of beautiful weddings but can’t decide on a particular style or put all your ideas together in an ideal way, we’ve got you.

First off, every wedding is unique in its own way, but what is it that transforms a special event into an extra special one? It’s your style and dream that makes all the difference.

Every wedding we plan and design is individual and we have access to a whole host of suppliers to help you achieve your dream day regardless of your taste, our talented team will work with you to create and design the decor alongside your chosen decorator to help you achieve your dream wedding and turn your day into a truly personal occasion.

DAY OF COORDINATION

Coordinating an event can be a huge job for one person or even a number of persons especially if you are directly involved in the event. There are so many moving parts that it can become daunting and overwhelming as you handle other more private aspects of the event.

This package is ideal for clients who have hired most of their service providers and need a coordinator to make sure everything you have put together comes to fruition on the day.

CORPORATE ACTIVITIES

From Conferences, AGMs, Exhibitions, Launches, seminars to retreats we will produce creative and deliver fresh ideas whilst staying on-brand for your corporate events of all sizes and types across Nigeria. Our team of courteous and highly professional host and hostess are always on hand and ready to welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, assist with seating arrangements, answer questions and offer information where needed whilst attending to the overall guests experience at all events we handle.
